first, that was yesterdays news. today is 1/31.

second, the pr was GOOD. it is not an executed carrier contract (ie., Cablevision, Time Warner, Dishnetworks, etc). It is a distribution agreement which WILL lay the gourndwork for broadcasting via an executed CARRIER contract with the likes of Cablevision, Time Warner, Dishnetworks, etc.

IMHO, the later is why we did not move yesterday. The market makers are accumulating also so they can profit when the real buying pressure comes via a US CARRIER deal becoming public. Im sure some of what we saw yesterday was some form of shorting going on as well. Accumulated distribution is reaching to the heavens. Once REAL buying pressure hits the MM's will not be able to do anything.
