Thanks again Melehuna, very interesting that he would make shareholders sign confidentiality agreements, I don't see how that would be binding, if he was so concerned I would assume he would not have had the tour. I wouldn't think it is legal to give a selected group of shareholders preferential insider info.. tricky at best.
