Thanks for clarifying. There is no comparison to Melt extrusion in the patents and there is NOTHING in the literature to prove that any of the Pfizer or Purdue products use melt extrusion or have any stability issues DUE to the use if melt extrusion. On the other hand there is ample proof that melt extrusion is used every day in the pharmaceutical industry to produce millions of dosage forms. This is known as a red herring. ThAnks
