Our Line of Martha Stewart Essentials

Recently, The New York Times ran a fascinating article about the importance of vitamins to the human body. Click here to read the article. I have always been a firm proponent of taking vitamin supplements and I really understand their benefits. I have to confess, however, that I was never quite satisfied with what was available commercially and felt it was time to help create something that could become an affordable part of women's everyday health routine. We partnered with the wonderful company Inergetics, a leading developer of nutritional supplements. Working closely with their science experts, we developed six formulas guided by science and holistic medicine, using natural, whole-food ingredients such as fruits, vegetables, and herbs. The formulas focus on specific needs (Graceful Aging, Digestive Health, Bone Support, Menopause Support, and Hair, Skin & Nails) as well as supporting overall health and wellness (Women's Multivitamin). Martha, are your suppliments all natural , or do they have some "fillers" and such, in them?
I don't take a multivitamin, but I take a multitude of vitamins. I take no medication, and as far as I know, I am healthy.
I wish I could afford to try yours.

I will give them a try and report back at a later date. I think this is important enough to run an commerical like you did your line at Staples. I know you don't advertise much but this is well worth folks all over knowing your product is there. I believe it to be excellent just because your name is on it and like your line of cleaning products you've done your research. Thanks for sharing this blog.

Hi Martha,
I don't think these are available in Canada. :( If they were, I'd happily try them. I don't currently take a multivitamin, just Vit D and an iron supplement. I'll be turning 40 in a couple of months, so could probably use a boost!

I've been taking your women's multivitamen since they became available at Walgreens's Martha, I love them. I'm also going to try the hair, skin and nails vitamen.
I wasn't very good about taking supplements before but you are such an inspiration and a good example of how we should take care of ourselves.

Hi Martha, Thank you so much for sharing this important information about all 6 of your new Martha Stewart Essentials that we can purchase to improve our health in many ways! I was not able to purchase any until a few weeks ago and was only able to buy 3 of them so far because they only have women's multivitamins, hair, skin, and nails, and digestive health! All three of those are perfect and help me a lot! The main one I really want is the graceful aging because I am already 76 and even thought I feel quite a bit healthy, your graceful aging will help me even more! The only one I don't need is the menopause support because I had surgery back when I was 41 and had that removed and don't have any menopause problems any more! I could use the bone support also and will have to check Walgreen again to see if they finally have all of your great essentials! These photos and information about each one of these essentials is fabulous and I thank you so much for doing such great things to help all of us-you are so thoughtful!
