Has anyone requested a copy of the bond agreement. Or found the bond agreement anywhere except what MDNT has posted in the 10Q?

Granted since this is a publicly trade company they should supply it, but even more so, anything a state or county government agency does is subject to the public records act. To-date, I have yet to find the agreement on record for the bond, nor the land lease. I could be looking in the wrong spot but on

I have yet to find any reference to the Medient or Kumaran Holding.

Has anyone found these documents on their records.

ECIDA they o have it on their front page. But would like to see the agreements.
