You called this one from the get go. I will be more careful next time.

MDDD had the typical signs of a P & D.

1. Reverse merger

2. Split of stock at 4 or 5 to one

3. Inexperienced management team

4. Zero earnings

5. Posters on the Ihub site in the beginning that are known be Pump and Dumpers

I did lose a little but not too much. But enough to learn a good lesson.
