I will make sure we close AT LEAST .0003 have over 450+ free trades I want to play around with...

Is my logic here?? please correct me if I am wrong.

I place 1000 buy orders at T3 the second it drops to T2, the only way going back to T2 is fulfilling a T2 order, correct?? (Even though it could be a low sell)

My hopes is to scoop up some T2's, but is my logic correct?
