What's probably most fascinating is the role the Sun plays in the global warming debate. At least the scientists studying solar activity admit they can't accurately predict what level of activity there will be in the coming decades. What they do know, and can't explain, is that solar activity is "quieting" more then forecast. A "quieter" sun is a cooler sun. No one has suggested that there will be a "mini ice-age", But there are several observers who have said the probability of cooler global temperatures is increasing.......
