Just imagine now with BTH CVSL can give them a cash deal which was all along in the cards!!


We as shareholders just did not know how!!

So now they can go to BTH and offer a 1 share CVSL for $1.00 equivalent!!

$400 million cash or 400 million shares CVSL or combination of cash and shares!!!


That last offer was NOT some make believe dream it was actually a REAL offer!!


CVSL just needed for BTH and other shareholders of how they were going to do it!!!
