Great points, however, most LLC's in other states REQUIRE personal guarantees behind the LLC guarantee. If fact, in Florida, a personal guarantor is REQUIRED on all LLC's to conduct business.

So, GDSM is screwed, either the Company or the person/s who signed as guarantors owe that money. And unfortunately when Mr. Shea came on board, he was probably duped into thinking otherwise, and now he is stuck, thus the departure to another company.

So Marc Lovito basically screwed the incoming CEO and is probably laughing all the way to the bank.
