I do not think the other 6 board members would want that if it did not enhance there shares as well!!

Do you think these 6 new members would want to be diluted down at this time??

I think that the 500 million shares will be a swap for the $500 million dollars!! For acquisitions!!

That is the only logical move for this new money!!

That would be a 1 share to $1.00 swap

Which would give ALL the share holders equal value by increasing the O/S to 987 million!!


Just like my theory for Europe

This is mine for shares and money!!

The 6 other board members would approve a transaction like this one!!

I know I would as a board member!!!
