Hate to be the bearer of bad news MMM but I'd bet dollars to donuts that PVEC is headed for a .0001 touch. Just look at the PVEC chart http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=charts&symbol=NO%5EPVEC
it's a pattern that's been repeating itself on one after another of these triple 000 stocks. That "4 stocks to watch" PR always signals a decline too. As soon as you get a similar PR (stocks to watch)on a stock you're in sell it and move on come back to it later. You gotta start buying @ .0002-.0001 instead of riding them down from .0005-.0006 to .0002-.0001
