Large Rapimed China business will not cause Dilution Although I now own one million shares,I have never posted on the board.However, I would like to clear up a lot of static concerning dilution if scrc gets very large orders from China. If SCRC does receive bona-fide orders,then most banks would be happy to lend the necessary money. Also, Factors would be ready to purchase Receivables from SCRC.Profit margins would be reduced somewhat,but no dilution. On the other hand if the Chinese regulators do not give their okay then we still have the U.S. market plus the present streams of income which are not reflected in the present pps.
