You know what coy..i'm in the same boat as you

concerning kids.I don't have the ed. that you have, but when i was able to get in a construction union when i was young, i was elated because it was mostly father/son and who you knew deals and i wasn't a son and did not know anyone.
Today, there is a carpenters union that wants approval to hire illegal immigrants because they can't get american kids to come do the work.I see immigrants come here and bust their chops but the 2nd generation acts like the world owes them a living.It must be the water.
Check out last weeks newsweek. good article about how girls are passing by the boys in ed. and how they are being taught.
