There is no dilution happening here. Today someone sold 2 mill at 0.0035 and bought the shares back at 0.0033. This thing has bean happening for quite sometime now and this is the reason the price has gone so much down. The traders that slam the bid this way only heart the share price, no dilution happening just trading...
