Why didnt they do a R/S first?

If they had done say a 20:1 then they would have access to 1.3B shares to "re issue" to cover the debt an equivalent of 26B OLD shares.

The result to the end shareholder is the same BUT the A/S is still "reasonable".

I guess Ronnie has plans for the new billions of shares he will create on a R./S perhaps there is more debt he hasnt told us about?

IMHO this action is another example of his absolute disregard for shareholders and for his company.

Just watching at the moment having hoped by now we would have seen the infamous financials which had they been good I would have jumped in on. Now there will be 2 quarters of share manipulation and then he will remember to put the financials in the mail to the SEC and more importantly the OTC.
