The board all ready agreed to it. Why would they change their minds? They are all getting a huge bump in shares. So why would they want to take that away from themselves? It's a total screw job. The board gets hundreds of millions of shares and the rest of us get the shaft.
Quad Zeros, or worse, is on the way.
