Considering the free float (toal n of share less insiders and institutionals) I think it should be extremely difficult to find a good number of shares to be borrowed for a short.
Naked shorts is the (illegal) solution.
On the other side this also means that in case of positive news the short squeeze will be massive (we already saw a +160% in one day on the first FDA approval...)
