Yes, there were many conspiracy theories swept away by the AGM. I suggest everyone take a listen to the Q&A along with the prepared remarks. Well worth about 90 minutes of time. Off the top of my head, the conspiracy theories crushed include: Heddle is actually working for NO salary, not "double salary" (and when his contract is 8kd, his salary will not be cash... wow); feedstock and HTF costs going down from previous Qs; side letter going away with appointment of BoD; the side letter has been amended; and Bod candidates are ready, and there are plans to seat them after next financing is completed-- sounds like the independent board is waiting in the wings? Wonder who they are?

Clarity about P3 and other issues will now start to diminish uncertainty, and as we know the market hates uncertainty. 1500-2700 lbs./hr. feedrate for P3, depending on the level of training of operators. If JBI's goal is 3000 lbs./hr. they are closer than ever!

Another wild conspiracy theory swept aside as usual.
