Billy has valuable and extremely accurate information on the goings on with Glenn Simpson and this stock. I have confirmed with someone who "was" very close to this company that everything he has said is true. Simpson also will not file the exchange securities act information because he fears so many people will sell to get away from him because they know the company isn't going anywhere with him at the helm. Fact is there isn't a lot of free trade stock- everyone has been locked into restricted stock so they can't sell. I know this because my insider can't sell and get out even if he wanted to.

The deal he passed up on is true, his greedy self was afraid to give up another 5% so he passed up a significant amount of money and shareholder growth for his own selfish reasons, knowing that if he couldn't perform he would be out of favor percentage wise. I am told Simpson operates in paranoia and fear from the very people that were trying to help him. Billy is right, I have heard from numerous sources he has betrayed everyone, from employees to distributors (yes the people that sell your product)- in fact you may want to call Eastern Distributors and ask them what they think of Glenn Simpson, they may just tell you. You can also call any of his former employees, and they will tell you too.

Simpson is a con artist, a side show carny act that everyone has realized is in this for only his own good. That's why the board has blown up against Simpson, its been too quiet and then we find out he's not producing product and his distributor dropped him. His lack of communication shows he's a sneaky scam artist. Another conspiracy just like the one in Uzbek.

I realize I have been played but I am taking an aggressive role in making sure he is out as CEO and hopefully is behind bars where he belongs.
