Stervc, do we know when Mr. Lowenthal's employment contract ends? I am wondering if he will first develop BONU to its maximum potential and then sell/merge it.

On the other hand, if he is successful at getting operations and sales going and forging good partnerships, his employment contract will most likely continue to be renewed and therefore this one-time success fee does not expire as long as he is with BONU. A win-win for shareholders!
