This 3.666M shares were sold and then added to the OS is what I am reading on the board. The question is why wasn't the OS updated when it was sold. I don't think it was an old amount; I think it was just regular financing of company operations which is ok if we ever see the reward for it. 30-40k of funding/financing is what was needed as of late news..but what for that outlay? Nothing...yet..and hopefully something....REAL REAL SOON.
