Can you explain to me how trades take place outside the bid/ask , it happened yesterday and it is happening now. ( ask is 2.99 trades are 3.02). Not to mention the jumping around I'm seeing. Shares getting scooped at all different prices. You clearly know more than me ! I'm only down a few hundred , hope you are right and it starts going up soon. I wonder how the conference went ...
