It's an office building. It was close the first time I went (a weekend). It looks like any other office with a cube farm inside.

I just wanted to make sure it was there. I've been in OTCs that I went to the address, and you could tell it wasn't a real business. This one is at least a real business in a real office building. Made me feel warm and fuzzy.
