They have had the same PR- IR dude for awhile.("Houston") Which is why the change in the tone of PR and press is interesting.

Clearly someone else is either initiating the work - or giving the benefit of the doubt - maybe they've taken their thumb off his area to allow more of a positive, promotional tone.

I agree with an earlier posters WMT comments - that's essentially an endorsement that is as large as you can get and the ancillary PR spilling over from their own positive comments (by Walmart) should have the clients beating a path to the lvwd doors.

Maybe that's starting to become reality? The last PR, hints at as much!
