That's exactly what I was wondering which I couldn't get from the other poster. I wanted to know if the property was owned or leased by FITX and if the new building was pictured or in the works. Since I saw a picture including buildings, I thought the addition was ready or already built, not in ground breaking status as the previous PR stated. Better that they ARE leasing than buying anyway. Better for shareholders short term I assume. Thanks for the clarity.
