Well the real issue is that we didn't know about this game they were playing til this week. I think Ted made that negotiation in good faith not realizing that all is fair in love, war and conversions. we just need to be smart enough to beat them at their own game as retail.

IMO, the future convertors are shorting against their existing blocks, so a buy from us at 4, with a scared retail shaker at 3 for cover gives them an extra tick to play with.
