They recently only had 3,000 subs after a few years ! How much do they deserve based on lackluster production. A base salary ofover $ 200,000.00 and millions and millions of stock options.

And they added half a Billion more shares the past few weeks for insiders ! Only because shareholders defend management no matter what. Some NYSE companies do not pay management that much.

And remember, without Circuit City the rise towards 20 Billion would easily happen. GG conversions would kick in and shareholders would hit the exit.

Then GZFX would need to sell at .002 or less to raise capital. They would have to sell Billions to get any money to operate because the price would be too low. And limited buyers would step in, thus taking it much much lower on any selling.

They like it just like it is. With tentative deals on the horizon, they can quickly Dump all they want at 1 cent range.
As long as rumors of CC continue, they can dump. And dumping they are. As fast as they can ! But you cannot see it yet as the Transfer Agent is gagged and the company will not tell you !You will see in the filing but it will be too late.

So take the blinders off. Without CC, it is not pretty.
