$VEDO...I invite all to call Mr. Hill...very nice man, just got off the phone with him.

Needless to say, if you have ever called
concerning changes that a company is making, esp. a public one, they are limited in the amt of info that they can give out.
I wont repeat anything that we already know from the Shareholder's letter.

Mr. Jay Hill is a major shareholder.
He was executive VP for Villagedocs for the past 10 years specializing in mergers and acquisitions.

He and Mason Connor just resigned as of 3 weeks ago.

Three new directors are in place...BTW, they have to file an 8K within 5 days for Change of Directors.

Mr. Hill has visited the property...he is "very enthusiastic" that the shareholders will be very happy with the plans going forward. The land consists of 4100 acres worth approx. 33 million, already has 300 existing homes on site, 2000 more additional house lots, 12 parcels of land for shopping centers, etc.....He spoke as if he has his whole heart and soul into this plan.

Has been approved in the state of Delaware so a name change/symbol is coming.

A major point he stressed was the fact that they took a company and "repurposed" it.....without telling me an exact date, a PR is to follow within this month.

All filings have made VEDO current, and we know by looking on the OTC, there have been numerous filings.
