The issue is that we just don't have these finer details. However, the land would be significantly more costly than building these buildings. These types of warehouse buildings are extremely cheap to build. So, if we end up making huge revenues and eventually buying land somewhere, worst case scenario we lose the building as well if we move, but that's what will be a drop in the bucket compared to revenue potential of this business. We also don't know who's all throwing in on the building. Plus, why spend all that money before we actually have the Canadian license in hand yet, as it is still pending. That would be a huge loss of money if something happened and the green light was not given, despite buying all that land, etc. Leasing prior to the official license significantly decreases risk to shareholders of footing that potential unnecessary bill.
