Great- Now Sibanye Gold can acquire the Burnstone Mine, and Wits Gold for less than the value of the Burnstone Mine alone. What the heck is going on here?

Sibanye Gold is supposedly acquiring the Burnstone Mine, in a deal in which Wits Gold does not even own the mine themselves. They have not even paid for the mine, yet they can go ahead and include it in their transaction. What the heck!
