For those not familiar with Elite, we encourage them to look back and read at least the latest 10-Q, familiarize yourself with the company financials for at least the last three years, and understand the product pipeline and the history behind the products. In addition, there is a ton of related information such as FDA, SEC, GOV, legislation and regulation which you should read... You can easily find this information on their respective websites.

Also, it would help to understand Elite’s timeline of events from at least the beginning of 2011. An understanding of the LPC deal is a must. I also encourage you to look at the patents which Elite has secured and also the ones currently under review. You should also review Elite’s competitors and partners in the abuse resistant technology arena. An understanding of Novel Pharmaceuticals is also a must! Get to know all of the players, and their ties\relationships in the pharma space. In specific, do some research on Epic Pharmaceuticals, Mr. Jerry Treppel and Nasrat Hakim, and familiarize yourself with the 13 ANDA products which were recently purchased by Elite. Review and understand the timing behind the launch of their 8 products and an estimation of revenue projections is important to understand as well.

From a financial perspective, I encourage you to look into the year over comparisons of elite’s metrics, namely revenue, cost of revenue, gross profits, and operating costs for at least the last 7 years. It’s also important to understand the variance in terms of dollars and percentages. Understand the preferred share counts and the history behind the preferred shares. An understanding of the auth\issued\and outstanding share count is important too… as well as an understanding of the industry P\E ratio and understand the value of the company relative to Elites competitors.

Also, pay close attention to the posts on this board. There is lots of good information to glean from…

There, that should get you started.....
