And I forgot to politely & congenially rebutt this incorrect remark in your post, BWD, the which was:

What makes you think or have the opinion the KMAG is a non-reporting company? For another 'rumor' that is floating around here in KMAG~land is that he already has the audited annuals for 2011 & 2012, and come this January, will soon have them for 2013, and those reflecting a rather substantial financial gain, too! But he never wanted to pr that info while we were still on the greys, for just as lowman has publicly posted from time to time, both he & Jeff Reid realized that it would do absolutely no good to PR such information while we were yet still trading on the greys. So, as a consequence of that belief, he has been constrained to wait until after the merger took place, and until after we had been uplisted, etc, or, at least so it has been 'rumored' by various KMAG GATORS.
