You are wrong about that. NI 43-101 says very clearly that documents under the regulation must be FILED with a CSA regulator.

The law is very clear about that. And the SEC comment I quoted makes the very same point.

This is not a cross-border pissing match. It is a question of national laws. NI 43-101 is a Canadian law and only applies to Canadian companies. Industry Guide 7 is a US law and applies to all US companies.
