I was thinking if they do one it would be 1/10 witch would give us 140,000,000. then It would go wright back up to almost 1.4b again do to the fact they would issue the shares to the share holders for the debit cancelation witch is what they are saying they are converting the debit owed to common stock of mdhi. now that is only if they do the reverse split before they do the conversion witch I think will happen if they do the r/s. the share holders are not going to want to loss there shares on the r/s. plus they just raised the share structure back on may 17 2013 to 1.4b so I do not think they will raise the share structure again and then do a r/s wright after. by doing the r/s first I would give them the shares needed for the conversion. jmo
