David Foley, I need some assistance...

(NOTE: I'm reposting this to one of David's posts so I know he'll at least see it).

You say you're Nuvola NP-H1 is approved by the FCC, UL and has a CE mark.

Well, I went to the UL website:

I then clicked on "Contact," then clicked on "USA" at the bottom of the next page, then picked the San Jose, CA branch to call. The person at that branch then explained how to conduct a search myself. She said in the grey area under "Tools," click on "Online Certifications Directory." Click on it, then type in the company name.

I was told that it doesn't matter which office you call in any State. They all have the exact same data base, and it covers the entire globe.

While I was on the phone, she offered to do the search for me. She typed in Nanotech Entertainment. Also typed in Nano Tech Entertainment (just in case). Nothing. I then told her to type in just Nanotech. There was nothing for nanotech 'anything'. Then she typed in just Nano. There were some companies with Nano in their name, but none were NTEK.

She told me to contact you and get the UL file number. So, would you please provide the file number for your U.L. certificate. That should be a piece of cake and would put to rest any questions.

Next, you say you have a CE mark. I can find any evidence of any CE mark issued to your company. It would help if you would provide the name of the private company you used to obtain your CE mark, and any file numbers (or whatever) that were issued to your company.

As far as the FCC in concerned, I called but they were already closed. I will check with them tomorrow. I have the cell phone # of one of the supervisors with the FCC. I'll let you know what he says.
