The company has certainly not said anything official in this regard, so I am wondering why you are speaking on their behalf?

Speaking on whose behalf? The company's? LMAO! Yeah, that's quite a stretch. I speak for nobody in any capacity, but myself. And to that end, it is my OPINION (do I REALLY have to qualify "IMO" in every post?...sheesh), that Medinah is very close to closing the JV. Because it is solely my opinion, others are free to disagree with it accordingly. It does not change or influence my opinion one way or the other.
