INTELLICELL DEFAULTS ON STIPULATED SETTLEMENT

In Waldener’s vs. Intellicell Intellicell failed to pay the stipulated amount of $250,000 due on October 25th, 2013.
This amount was to be followed by two payments of $55,000 due on November 25th, 2013 and December 25th, 2013 respectively. This would have resulted in a total payment of $360,000.

As a result of the default by Intellicell, Waldener’s has filed a proposed clerk default judgement in which Intellicell would be required to pay a total of $374,790.70. This includes interest and fees, in addition to the original $360,000.

Here is an affidavit from Waldener’s attorney with a copy of the notice of default sent to Intellicell.
