You had asked that I come on over and give an update as to what is happening on World Health (WHAI)

Here is a sampling. If anyone has questions or wants more detail or a definition of who or what I am talking about...I will be more than happy to fill you all in.

Things should start to heat up shortly. If I am not mistaken, JP's 30 days are up and we should see a filing shortly that shows he has bought back his shares in a private sale.It will cost him a little more than 100,000.00 as the share price was .0385 when he sold them and it is .085 now. Not sure if he promised a fee to have the associate hold the shares for the 30 days. Given the benefits he received for the write off, it makes little difference to him.

If he and his associates or other 9 or 10 in the group have accumulated the needed shares then we will see some activity very soon. To be on the safe side they needed about 30MM overall. JP will be back to at least 5MM shares. It is likely that the others in the group had 1-2MM each. Lets assume 1.5MM for the sake of argument, and that there are 9 others. This would be 13.5MM and add JP's 5MM you get 18.5MM.

We don't know how much of the last 30 days were accumulated by the Peterson camp, but it is possible that it was as much as the needed 12.5MM.

If my assumptions are correct we are about to see the boots to the front door, and the rears to the BOD.

I will give you all a heads up when the doors fly open.

I have a high level of confidence that we move above .10 this week. The question is whether the SP can hold above that level. I believe the answer is yes.

It is also my opinion that this is the last week to accumulate below .10.

For those of you that do not have intimate knowledge of what is happening there, JP is Jeffrey Peterson. Jeffrey Peterson has about 100MM avialable to him to act as a white knight to take control of the company. He sold about 2.2MM shares at the end of December for tax purposes in a private sale.

It is believed after the wash rule peiod which is 30 days he will buy his shares back once again making him a 10% owner.

It should come out in a filing sometime this week. He is into the stock about 6MM right now which means he has 6MM reasons to protect his investment. If he and his associates under the 10 investor rule gain the needed 51% to take control, they can throw the BOD out on their ear. This will significantl reduce the time it would take to win in a proxy contest.

Once he takes control, he will appoint his own BOD and begin the focus on structuring the company for success. It will be an 18-24 month process, but at the end of the 18+ months the stock will be between 5.00 and 8.00/share. He will then sell out to a company like KForce or MSN (stock symbol MRN). That will be the time when thos who bought at .04 or even .15 will be runnin g around bragging about the investment that they went from losing 100K to making 1MM..I plan to be one of those who are bragging.

There is so much information, but I don't want to monopolize this board with information that no one wants. I am more than happy to provide a much or as little detail that anyone wants.

Don can vouch for the validity of the info or my sources, so you don't walk away feeling like I am just trying to pump the stock to artificially high prices so I can dump.

That is not what I do. Good or bad, I provide the facts that I obtain or unearth. I have left no stone unturned while doing the DD on this stock. As you can tell from the charts...we are about to see some serious activity.

By the way, the stock closed today at .0925. I will admit I did paint the tape at 3:59 today by buying 1000 shares at .0925, otherwise it would have closed at .09.
