...it appears as if Guy entered into a stipulation arrangement with the FDIC - WE dropped the APPEAL and agreed to accept a specified sum of money and obtain 'satisfaction' statements from Claimants 1-7...............................the FDIC wants TOTAL closure from the BK CT and wants the entire matter to be kept confidential..................S/P, when the SEC allows free trading in the stock........???????...............
