Does it really matter? The judge has ruled. The only further outcomes I can see are criminal prosecutions, if a whistleblower is willing to come forward... which I seriously doubt.

These guys didn't just pull a fast one. They pulled a HUGE fast one. They won. Us little guys lost.

So what else is new?
