ORLANDO, Fla., Nov. 7, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- 3D Future Vision II, Inc., a technology company located in Longwood, Florida, is offering accredited investors an opportunity to invest in its 506 Reg. D private offering. The 3D technology company is planning to manufacture and license its IZON™ Consumer glasses-free 3D televisions, glasses-free 3D commercial advertising screens for malls, sports arenas, airports, supermarkets, movie theater lobbies and fast food outlets and is currently providing 2D to 3D conversion services for the motion picture industry.

According to industry observers, it took more than two generations for 3D movies to make a successful comeback in theaters.
