LOL. so it is a rumored acquisition by KMAG....and you think he is raising money on the back of the TRII by the dump that is tanking the pps?

Exactly how would that work without violating a range of securities regulations?

But it's a given that it can't come from KMAG equity. Who in their right mind would take grey market stock?

Nope...the rumors will start flying fast an furious. Much more likely someone is trying to stimulate some volume in KMAG...
