gman-imo,no,there is no bottom on the otc for heavily diluted issues and this one is in the hands of ruthless financiers and their evil MMinionS...jmho
as fluff pr's bring volume they sell into the news been going on for months...the recent pump and spike was because they turned the conversion faucet (after using said converted shares to cover any offshore short)...pp rises..short...convert...pr...volume...dump...repeat
have you checked the float lately? It will explain more than reading "the wall"
