FDA Listed - as a Class one medical device for pain management is still valid and correct. I don't know the exact ins and outs of the FDA classifications, but I presume that a 'listing' is just that: a listing.
It obviously has some benefit to be listed, but it's maybe not as strong as an FDA Approval in investor's eyes. The FDA probably has many categorizations. 'Approval' I would think is probably granted more to risky, untried medicines than to products such as the PowerStrips, which don't require such rigorous assessment (for various reasons for which I can but guess) but which nevertheless carries some limitations of public disclosure as to their use and benefits as accorded by a Listed status.
Yes, I am registered as a distributor, but not actively engaged in that role. Will leave that to others but am happy to continue to occasionally invest in the company when finances allow.
