someone just posted this - I was curious - didn't both you AND Global VR file for bankruptcy? Is that how things were settled?

I addressed the UltraCade situation last January in a press release that can be found here davidrfoley.s3.amazonaws.com/Foley.pdf Global VR and I have settled our dispute in an out of court settlement terminating both their suit against me and my suit against them.
