As I said, I like the company and wish it well. I've also been watching it since it was at 7 cents back in february and have enjoyed the ride up as an investor. I have also bought some of the patches myself. Yes, as you say, they are working hard and success is happening and will continue to come, but all I am saying is that I don't expect much upward share price movement for a few months due to my thoughts made earlier. Any investor who can afford to think long-term on this company will I'm sure do well however.

As for the compliance update (sent Dec 9th), and the 'listed, not approved' chatboard thread, I'm not sure if I am allowed to post the company's mail-out publicly in its entirety, since it is an email sent only to direct Forevergreen members, of which I am one. However, in my opinion, it's good that they sent it, because they want to avoid being accused of falsely advertising their product(s) through any negligence in the community, so that they can continue ''protecting the PowerStrips™ Class 1 Medical Listing and ... bring it to the world''.

The patches do clearly still work and are still FDA Listed. What that listing classification allows the company to do is to say, amongst other things (and again I quote a small section from the mailout):

''The ONLY claim we can make legally as we talk about the PowerStrip™ is the claim that: PowerStrips™ provide temporary relief of minor aches and pains.''

To clear up any misunderstanding on this chat board, (and I am not trying to twist or deceive) the PowerStrip product is only FDA Listed and not presently FDA Approved. The product clearly has benefits, but I presume that until the latter happens (if, that is, they are even seeking FDA approval - probably but who knows?), the company and its community members are limited to the above sentence (plus a few other lesser but still seemingly important details which are attached to the email sent today) in how they can describe any medical benefit or technology that may be associated with the PowerStrips. If you wish to know fully about the compliance email, which is essentially a guidance email for dealing with the PowerStrips, I suggest you inquire with them directly, as a shareholder, through www.forevergreen.org
