One of the links in your favorite promo collection is broken -- fix it up.
Most of the links are about Intellicell's pending patents. So let me ask you, do you think that SVFC's shareholders -- every single one of them underwater no matter the average -- do you think they are worried about the technology infringement at the moment? Is that the most pressing concern? Because if it is, you nailed it!
But your post does nothing for those who worry about: (in order of importance)
1) An absolute lack of operating capital, cash on hand or any sort of non-toxic financing.
2) What seems to be rampant dilution without any regard for PPS (mainly because of #1).
3) $10,000,000 of debt that has to be maintained somehow.
3) An active lawsuit in which nearly half of the company's current market capacity is claimed to be due in damages.
4) Lack of any effort on behalf of the company to actually advertise or promote its technology - Intellicell chose to have zero presence at the industry's biggest networking event.
5) Lack of meaningful and formal updates from the company (8-K about tripling the A/S does not count).
So, nice try, but the patents are far from being the ongoing concern here at the moment.
This post is my personal opinion. I do not provide investment advice.
