Right on schedule. I've been invested in ELTP since 2011 and know when the stock is on sale. I've said this before, buy during the slow period in mid and late December. Some investors expect a PR everyday to continue an upward run, but that is not realistic and practical at best. Basically, this is an investment that will take some time to grow and management is on track to implement its strategic initiatives and objectives. Cheers!
