in the contract between MOJO & CHIQUITA

it clearly states:

*The Minimum SALES VOLUME for the first contract period shall be determined by multiplying 329,000 by a fraction whose numerator is the number of calendar days in the first CONTRACT PERIOD and whose denominator is 180.

and the contract period starts when the first customer was invoiced....(commercialization date, see contract)

and the first customer was invoiced at some point in the july, august, sept qtr...

so the first contract period has not ended yet... it won't end til dec 31, 2013.... and the barometer won't be 329,000, it will be that # divided however many days... divided by 180....

reading is a good thing... actually strengthens my beliefs in MOJO...

good luck to all
